Our Commitment
We do not tolerate slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, or human trafficking in any part of our business. We are committed to ensuring that:

Our Supply Chain
We are aware that cleaning services and labour provision are at higher risk of exploitation. Therefore, we require that any subcontractors or suppliers we work with:

- Uphold all relevant UK employment laws
- Do not engage in or support forced labour
Due Diligence
To reduce risk, we:
- Vet new suppliers and subcontractors before engagement
- Carry out identity and right-to-work checks on all staff
- Monitor and investigate any concerns raised through staff or third parties
- Maintain an open channel for workers to report unethical practices without fear
Training and Awareness
All managers and key staff are briefed on recognising the signs of modern slavery. We are working to improve awareness at all levels of the business and encourage all employees to remain vigilant.
Review and Monitoring
